Shipping & Return Policy


All my items are handmade by me...just me, a one man band and a mum. So please keep in mind that my turn around time is 2 - 3 weeks plus postage. In some cases it may be a lot quicker than this. So if you are concerned about a time frame please contact me prior to making your purchase. Once your order is placed I will send you an update as to when I expect to start making your items (don't forget you may not be first in line). 

Please also keep in mind that sometimes life gets in the way. In the even of a timeframe not being fulfilled. I will contact you immediately. 

I have a flat rate charge of $8.95, via Australia Post. All items are tracked. Free shipping for orders over $100. 


What can't be returned: - 

  • We unfortunately do not offer exchange or refunds for change of mind.
  • We cannot exchange or refund anything after 14 days of receiving goods.
  • Items send back without notifying us.

What can be returned 

    • Wrong Size: If you ordered the wrong size, we will happily replace your garment in an alternate size, if available and which will be at our discretion
    • We advise that you check the size chart, (provided in a table on each listing) prior to purchase which details measurements for the child. If in-between sizes we recommend going up a size.
    • Postage costs associated with returns are at the expense of the customer.
    • Faulty item: If in the rare event your garment is faulty, we will happily repair your garment free of charge, proof must be shown prior to exchange.  

How items can be returned: 

  • If an exchange has been approved, the item must be returned in original condition,  unworn, unwashednot damaged and within 14 days of receiving them. 
  • Return items must be received before exchange items is sent out. 
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • You are responsible for the postage costs to return the item to us. The items should be returned via Registered Post, with tracking, and include a return self-addressed Registered Post satchel so to make sure all parties can verify it's safe return.  
  • The replacement item will be remade and shipped, once return has been received. Please keep in mind that a new item will be made and will include a full time frame turn around of 5-10 business days before shipping. 

If you have any issues with sizing, please contact us via email prior to returning your item. Items returned without prior knowledge may not be able to receive a refund. Please contact me to make sure your item is able to be exchanged and available.  In the even of an item that is approved for exchange, is no longer available a full refund will be offered minus postage costs. Refund will be processed once items is received back. 

All items are inspected thoroughly and recorded prior to dispatch. 

All exchange and return enquires are up to my discretion and seen to at a case by case basis.
